The hotel is ideally located near the central pier where we could easily catch a boat to the main tourist sites. The charming Chao Phraya river adds to the ambiance. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff is polite and very helpful. Breakfast is served in a restaurant on the banks of the river, with a great view. The hotel also offers a free water taxi to a main pier closer to the temples.

The pool area at the hotel is just okay and could use some improvement.

The view from my room on the 14th floor was fantastic. I loved watching the river change throughout the day and night. The beds were also super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, as I could easily grab the hotel boat ferry to the main pier and take the Chao Praya tourist boat to all the main attractions at a very affordable price.

At check out, I was informed that the deposit I paid via card would not be returned until after seven days. This was not mentioned to me during check-in, and I would have preferred to pay in cash if I had known.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the location. It was conveniently located near the Asiatique market, perfect for shopping and entertainment. The hotel also offered a free shuttle boat to the nearby Saphan Bridge, where I could easily connect to the main public transport networks. This made exploring the city hassle-free and enjoyable. I was delighted with the spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

There were a few aspects that I wasn't entirely satisfied with. the variety of options in the breakfast buffet could have been better, especially for Indian tourists like myself.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel like royalty. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were phenomenal, especially the spa and wellness centre. the swimming pool was clean and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. the location advantages were ideal, with stunning views of the river and an easy boat taxi to the city centre. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious and fresh food, including special diet menus.

the exceptional service and attention from the staff more than made up for it.

We chose to stay at this riverside hotel for a change after years in Sukhumvit. We booked an executive suite which, although a bit outdated, was spacious and well-equipped. Staying on the executive floor had its perks, such as exclusive breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had impressive amenities including a pool area and gym. The location was convenient, with plenty of street food, massage parlors, and a night market nearby. We also enjoyed the excellent taxi boat and tuktuk services.

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza and as a tourist, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location away from the noise of Bangkok. The complimentary shuttle boat made it easy to reach the hotel and I loved the refreshing cold towels and water upon returning. The executive floor amenities were a great added bonus, with private breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour offering a wide variety of beverages and delicious gourmet food. The Thai-style furniture in the room and the abundance of bathroom amenities were also highlights. However, the real gem of this hotel is the incredibly courteous and professional staff who were always smiling and ready to assist.

I felt incredibly welcomed during my stay and have no complaints.

The boat shuttle service offered by Ramada was wonderful. It made getting around the city so convenient and enjoyable. We loved being able to take a leisurely ride on the river and explore different parts of Bangkok. The views from the boat were fine, especially during sunset. It was a unique experience that we appreciated. we would highly recommend staying at Ramada Plaza for the amazing boat shuttle service alone.

Breakfast includes a variety of Thai, sushi, and continental options. Guests can also enjoy the clean pool and free tuk-tuk or shuttle boat service. Some rooms offer beautiful river views and fast wifi.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect retreat for relaxation, including a steam room, plunge pool, and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was crystal clear and surrounded by lush garden areas, sun loungers, and sun terrace. the poolside snack bar served a great selection of snacks and refreshing beverages. the entertainment was lively with live performances each night, and the catering service provided delicious cuisine that we enjoyed on the outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow Wi-Fi that required constant login with a user name and password. this was a minor inconvenience that didn't impact our overall experience.
